Voted to authorize the president and treasurer to borrow
x+500 in anticipation .of the taxes levied for the current fiscal
year and in accordance with section 320 of the Laws of Iiew York
Relating to Villages.
Voted to authorize the Dresident to enter into a contract with:
H. A. McAvoy, the present ash and garbage.eolleetor, preferably,
but if necessary with some other party for the removal of ashes and
garbage under village supervision during a test period.'
Voted that it be the sense of the meeting that the tax levy
for the coming year be made nine mills.
