Minutes of the meeting held March 6, 1924, read.and approved.
Voted to appoint B. P. Young Clerk of the;'Village.
The following bill was ;approved and ordered paid from the '
Lighting Fund:
New York State Gas and Electrio Corp.(for March) $68.00
The following bills were approved and ordered paid from the
General Fund
Williamson Law Book Co., Rochester, It. Y. ..........$15.00
Ithaca Savings Bank - Interest on umpaid in-
debtedness - Highland Road ......... 22.50
Drain �n Culvert ".. ................ 22.b0
"Union -Free School District #6 - For use of sohool
building for meeting purposes - Septeber until

The following bill was approved and ordered paid from the
Highway Fund:
Treman, King & Company ............................. .91
Voted to designate the first Thursday "in'each month as the
regular monthly meeting date, unless such date,falle on the first
day of the month, and in such case the second Thursday in.the"
month shall be substituted. The time.and place shall be 4 :30 P.M.
at the School House.
Voted to set the bonds of the village officers as follows:

Voted to appoint A. G.' Hurlbutt,.Street Commissioner
President authorized to investigate the coat and desirability
of having a permanent tax roll book; to.'write Professor C.,L. Durham
concerning delinquent moneys owed the Pillage, for filling soil taken
in September 1922; to take up the matter of arba g a and ash
colleotions with the two available applicants for rthe job; and to
seoure expert advioe regarding the desirability of having Highland
Road resurfaced with Tarvia this spring.
