March 6, 1920.
At the suggestion of the President a copy of the call fora
meeting of the voters of the Village at`the Schoolhouse on Maroh 5 at
7;30 P.M.�is appendent to these minutes. Also a report of the meeting
is also appended for the information of the Board.
C. H. Myers. Trustee, presented his resignation to be effective om
March 179 1924.
The following bill was approved and ordered paid from the Lighting
Fund;
N. Y. State Gas and Electric Corp. (for February) $58000
The following resolutions were proposed and voted unanimously; to
wit:-
"Resolved -that the annual election in the Village of Cayuga Heights
be held on Tuesday, March 18, 1924, at the Schoolhouse of Union Free
School District No.6, in said Village, between the hours of two and six
in the afternoon, and that at such election the following officers are
to be elected for the terms set opposite thereto respectively ; -

Further resolved that the following question be submitted to the
voters at- that time, viz; "Shall the Trustees be authorized to arrange
for the collection and disposal.of garbage and ashes with the Village "?

Statement of total amount of Village taxes estimated by the Board
of Trustees as necessary to be raised iri the Village.of Cayuga Heights
during the fiscal year beginning March 1, 1924, and ending February'28,
1925.
