Moved and soobnded that the following bills be paid:

Moved and seoonded the Treasurer be authorized to refund
$92.11 from the Highland Road Paving Fund- to the- General Fund of
the Village.

Moved and seoonded that the Treasurer be authorized to
borrow $6.59 from the Village Funds and to pay from the Highland
Road Paving Fund $498.00 in order to pay the Ithaoa Savings Bank
$500 on the 87000 Certifioate of Indebtedness and $4.59 interest
from Ootober 11 to Deoember 17, 1923.
