at 7:11 p.m* in the Village Hall to consider a proposal for the operation of
a restaurant at the Corners Community Center.
PRESENT: Mayor F.G. Marcham; Trustees Anderson, Bennett, Camp, Kira, Pimentel;
Acting Police Chief Wall; Fire Chief Miller.
ABSENT: Trustee Fleming, Attorney Sovocool, Engineer /ZO Rogers.
OTHERS PRESENT: Peggy Livengood, Lucey Missirian, Kay Newman, Carol Schmitt.
Mayor Marcham opened the Public Hearing stating that Mrs. Peggy Livengood had
submitted a proposal to operate the restaurant known as JJ's Cafe under the
same permit that was granted to J. J. Solomon. 'Mrs. Livengood was asked if her
operation would differ in any way from than of Mr. Solomon's in terms of hours
and kinds of food served, and she replied it will remain the same. The Hearing
was declared closed.
Mayor Marcham explained to the Board the nature of a mix -up regarding the sched-
uling of a public hearing for Lucey Missirian, who wishes to operate a delicatessen
in the new Community Corners Retail /Office building. A point was made that a
public hearing for such purpose could not have taken place before a Certificate of
Occupancy had been issued to the owner which, as yet, has not occurred. Mrs.
Missirian stated that the owner expects the building to be ready for occupancy
before April 1st and requested that a public hearing be scheduled as soon asr,pos-
sible.
Motion made by Trustee Anderson, seconded by Trustee Pimentel:
RESOLUTION 3680 - GRANT PERMISSION TO LIVENGOOD TO OPERATE JJ'S CAFE
VOTED to grant permission to Peggy Livengood to operate JJ's Cafe under the same
terms as outlined to J.J. Solomon, subject to annual review of the operation.
Unanimously passed.

RESOLUTION 3681 - HOLD PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER PROPOSAL TO OPERATE
VOTED to hold a Public Hearing on March 31, 1986, 7:15 p.m. to consider a request
from Mrs. Lucey Missirian to operate a delicatessen at the Corners Community Center
subject to the inspection of the building by the Zoning Officer.and Fire Inspector
prior to the Public Hearing. Unanimously passed.
