at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Hall to consider a proposal to open a Sandwich
and Cookie Shoppe in the Community Corners.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees Ronald Anderson, Marian Kira; Zoning
Officer John Rogers.
ABSENT: Trustees Bennett, Philbrick, Pimentel.
OTHERS PRESENT: J.J.Solomon, Mrs. Jane McCarthy.
Mayor Marcham opened the Public Hearing stating that J. J. Solomon appeared before
the Board at their December meeting to present a proposal to open a sandwich
and cookie shop in the Community Corners. Mr. Solomon was asked if he had
changed his proposed layout, to which he answered he had not. There being
no further discussion or comments from the floor, the Public Hearing was
declared closed at 4:10 p.m.
