Report of the Engineer

LEAF REMOVAL
This year the leaf removal program is ahead of schedule for completion. Both
leaf suction machines have been operating. Two part -time men were hired so the
machines could be continuously operated without interfering with other scheduled
work. Also, Bob Tyrrell bailed leaves with his hay bailer as an experiment.
With some modifications to a hay bailer, it could be an efficient way of picking
up large piles of leaves.
