SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for September 1984
The Police Department handled 71 complaints and investigated
5...motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were
43 traffic tickets and 45 parking tickets issued.
There were eight felony complaints, five for grand larceny,
one burglary, one criminal possession of a forged instrument
and one criminal possession of stolen property (auto). There
were thirteen misdemeanor complaints, five petit larceny,
three criminal mischief, three aggravated harassment, one
issuing bad check and one unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
There was a total of $4,832.16 in property reported lost or
stolen during the month and $6,760.62 in property recovered
by the Police Department.
The full -time officers worked 25 hours overtime during the
month and the part -time officers worked 143 hours.
