The amount was not specified. It is recommended that the salaries of Steve Roco, Mike Coyle, and Tim Dupuy be raised by $200 each and that the money ($600) be transferred from Summer Extra Help thereby resulting in no change in the total 1984 -85 Budget. Sidewalks The extremely wet spring has delayed starting on sidewalk work to be accomplished under the 1983 -84 Budget. For asphalt paving repair on the full length and both sides of White Park Road, two quotations were received - $7,375 from D & J Paving Co. and $11,000 from Central Asphalt. D & J Paving was notified to proceed. D & J was low bidder on the Hanshaw Road sidewalk paving and did a very good job. The concrete repair work to be done by our D.P.W. at Highland Road and Iroquois Road is expected to start the week of May 21. Requests have been received to extend the sidewalk on Triphammer Road from property owner Mrs. Dugan who stressed pedestrian (child) safety. Also a request for sidewalk on Hanshaw Road school corner to North Triphammer Road from Prof. BAnks. Again safety was the reason. Sewer Lines 500' of leaky.10" tile sewer main in lower Remington Road was replaced. The replacement of 8" line on Hanshaw (600 block),is completed except for reseeding the disturbed area. Sewer line leaks on Highland Road (600 block) were repaired.
