Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for November 1983 The Police Department handled 57 complaints and investigated 9 motor'vehicle accidents during the month. There were 38 traffic tickets and 20 parking tickets issued. There were six felony complaints, four for burglary and two criminal possession of a forged instrument. There were fifteen misdemeanor complaints, five for issuing bad checks, three petit larceny, three criminal mischief,.three aggravated harassment and one criminal tamper'ing. One juvenile was apprehended for two counts of burglary. There was a total of $3,700.92 in property reported lost or stolen and $84.92 in property recovered by the Police Dept.
