During the past month there have been four zoning permits issued for
new houses with a total estimated construction cost of $410,000. There
were also three zoning permits issued for additions and alterations for
a total estimated cost of $7600.
A request for subdivision has been received from Mr. Kenneth Morusty
for his property on N. Triphammer Road. Maps will be presented at the
Board meeting by the Zoning Officer.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, Oct.
24 to consider a request from Mr. and Mrs. Lippincott for a variance
regarding the sideyard setback and continuation of existing use at
106 Iroquois Place. It will also have to consider the change in use
from a garage to a studio - residence.
