May 1983
Since the last Board meeting on 4/4/83,• there were two zoning permits-issued-
for new building for an estimated construction cost of $660,000. _ Five permits
r. were issued for alterations and additions for an estimated cost of $35;500.
One,sign permit was issued and one road opening permit was issued.
Edith Wanderstock applied for a zoning permit to move her shed.and did move
the shed prior to 4/20/83 to comply with the Z.H.A. requirements.
Mr. Kenneth Morusty was notified that he is in violation of the.zoning and
sewer ordinances of the Village and that his case.was being referred•to_.the
Village Justice.
