With the addition of a small amount of asphalt the Village will have a good supply of stable shoulder material. Tompkins County Stream Preventative Maintenance Program It is recommended that the Village apply for matching sounds for stream cleaning (fallen trees, loose rock accumulation, etc.) near large culverts. Also for concrete retaining wall in stream wall to prevent under cutting of Remington Road between Highland and Cayuga Heights Road. Village of Cayuga Heights Report of the Zoning Officer April 4, 1983 During the two weeks since the last Board Meeting: 1 Zoning Permit was issued for an addition for an estimated cost of $42,000. 1 Sign permit was issued for a new sign at Mr. Donut at the Village Green. The Riahenburg request for a height variance to the ZBA was withdrawn. Dr. E. Rubenstein is applying for a zoning permit to convert second floor office space of the Village Green to a dentist's office. April 1 date for acquiring a zoning permit and moving the sued to comply with the Zoning Ordinance has not been met by Mrs. Wanderstock of Kleinwoods Road.
