Village of Cayuga Heights
SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for February 1983
The Police Department handled 82 complaints and investigated
8 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were 31
traffic tickets and 55 parking tickets issued.
There were three felony complaints, three for burglary. There
were forty misdemeanor complaints, fourteen petit larceny,
five bad checks, five criminal mischief, five aggravated
harassment, and one possession of weapon.
One person was arrested for petit larceny (Shoplifting).
There was a total of $1,008.28 in property reported lost or
stolen and $322.56 in property recovered by the Police Dept.
The full -time officers worked 10 hours overtime during
the month.
