REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER
December 1982
Last month two zoning permits were issued for a total'estimated construction
cost of $25,000 for alterations and additions.
Three road opening permits were issued and one sign permit was issued.
The Z.B.A. met on November 29, 1982 to hear a request for a variance from Mrs.
With Wanderstock. A variance was granted to exceed the 12% land coverage for
a "tool shed ", but the shed would have to be moved to comply with the setback
distances of the Village Zoning Ordinances.
The operation of the Mobil Station is reported to be by a contract operator.
Sign changes described to the Zoning Officer by the owner's representative
have not taken place. The large outside "number ", gas price, sign remains.
A letter has been received with a lot division map from Mr. Morusty's lawyer.
