HomeMy WebLinkAboutReport of the Zoning Officer 7/19/1982REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER July 19, 1982 Two permits were issued for alterations and additions for an estimated con- struction cost of $10,300. One road opening permit was issued to the owners of the Mobil Station for construction of curbs that will be in the road- right- of -way. A preliminary request was received from the new owners of the Mobil Station for erection of a canopy over the gas pumps. This will obviously be closer to the road than the required 35 foot setback and if a formal applica- tion for a building permit is received by the Zoning Officer it will be denied and referred to the Hoard of Trustees and the Zoning Board of Appeals. A request for additional signing at the First Bank at the Community Corners:has been received. They were notified that this request would have to be denied as the amount of signing permissible at the Bank has already been exceeded and that the Bank should remove all signing except for 10 square feet to comply with the Zoning Ordinances.
