Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for June 1981 The Police Department handled 80 complaints and investigated 3 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were 34 traffic tickets and 19 parking tickets issued. There were three felony complaints, one for grand larceny, one for burglary, and one for attempted burglary. There were twenty -nine misdemeanor complaints, eight for petit larceny, six criminal mischief, five issuing bad checks, four criminal trespass, three aggravated harassment, two illegal possession of fireworks, and one cruelty to animals. Two persons were arrested during the month for driving while intoxicated. There was a total of $5,692.02 in property reported lost or stolen and $107.37 in property recovered by the Police Department. The full -time officers worked 27 hours overtime and the part -time officers worked 74 hours during the month. Respectfully /submitted, Harlin R. McEwen Chief of Police
