P14estview Apartment Addition - Sewer Charge. It is proposed to charge the Westview
Apartments and all future construction in the commercial and multiple residence zoning
districts for sewer use on the basis of the date of the Certificate of Occupancy
(Compliance) rather than the date of sewer connection.
/Use of Village Road Right -of -Way. A question has been brought to the attention of
4' the Engineer as to whether a resident can use the right -of -way in front of his
neightbor'n property for a driveway.
/Development of Hill Lot on E. Upland Road. Mr. Branchint has informed the Engineer
that he plans to stockpile the top soil on the lot and bring in fill along the
south part of the lot. He was informed he must keep the lot in a sightly condition.
i/Esman's Trees on Triphammer Road. Prof. Esman has arranged to have the trees moved
this week from the Village right -of -way to his abutting property at his cost. The
Village will place a culvert pipe in the roa�itch in front of his property next
week. Prof. Esman will pay for the cost of he pipe.
Replacement of Sidewalk on Highland Road. North of Upland Road for 150' to 200'
sidewalk on the west side of Highland Road is,in the process of being replaced.
A complaint was filed with the Village on the condition of the .sidewalk+.
✓Trees. The pine trees at tho intersection of The Parkway and White Park Road
on Village "park" property have been sprayed as requested by the Vilinge Forester
Pimentel.
