Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for January 1981 The Police Department handled 74 complaints and investigated 3 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were 59 traffic tickets and 24 parking tickets issued. There were two felony complaints, one for burglary and one for attempted burglary. There were sixteen misdemeanor complaints, six for petit larceny, five for issuing bad checks, two for criminal trespass, one for criminal mischief, one for aggravated harassment and one for falsely reporting an incident. One person was arrested on a Village Court Bench Warrant for issuing a bad check and one person was arrested on a Village Court Bench Warrant for driving while intoxicated. One person was arrested for issuing a bad check, one person was arrested for petit larceny(shoplifting) and one person was arrested for driving while intoxicated. One juvenile, age 15, was apprehended for burglary. There was a total of $1,084.27 in property reported lost or stolen and $288.70 in property was recovered by the Police Department.
