REPORT OF ENGINEER, February 1981
FROZEN CULVERTS
A number of road and driveway culverts have frozen causing flooding. These have
been thawed by use of the Village steam jenney. Mr. D.W. Singley's drain under
North Triphammer froze and was thawed by the Village work force. This line should
be excavated, examined, and insulated. The lower part of this pipe under North
Triphammer and the shoulder to the wrest did not freeze because of the cover placed
over it by the Village in an effort to help out Singley with his problem.
PURCHASE OF NEW PICKUP TRUCK
Request to put out to bid for the purchase of a new pickup truck. There is suffi-
