Collins, First Assistant Chief ii; :r R3port of the Fire Department for the month of October 1980 5v %,:tober 5, at 11:50 a.m., the Department was called to the Corners Mobile ,: station fcr smoke coming from the building. Fifteen men and 2 trucks found t:ho smoke coming from an overheated compressor motor. On October 11, 2 trucks and 13 men responded tr, a kitchen fire at 106 Cayuga Perk Circle. Grease on a stove was responsible for igniting the cupboards over the stove and the ventilator fan. The homeowner had the fire out upon our nai, Lval. On. October 21, at 12:47 p.m., we were called to 133 Muriel Street where we frnind an overheated furnace motor causing an odor of smoke throughout the house. V hPA 31 men and 4 trucks respond to the call. '.I:.nt calls were: 2 - smoke odor investigations; 1 - assist home owner �:- : fireplace smoke from home.
