Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: -Report of the Police Chief for June 1980 The Police Department handled 77 complaints and investigated 8 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were 62 traffic tickets and 13 parking tickets issued. There were five felony complaints, three for burglary, one for criminal possession of a forged instrument, and one for criminal possession of stolen property. There were twenty -two misdemeanor complaints', seven for petit larceny, seven for criminal mischief, four for criminal trespass, two for issuing bad checks, one for aggravated harassment and one for falsely reporting an incident. Three persons were arrested for attempt to commit the crime of petit larceny, one person was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and one person was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. There was a total of $10,685.48 in property reported lost or stolen during the month and $918.94 in property was recovered by the Police Department.
