REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER - May 1980
Mr. John Eliott, 2235 North Triphammer Road, has reduced the height of the
fence between his property and his neighbor to the north as requested and
as required by a variance granted to him for the construction of this fence.
Mrs. Irene Homa of Pleasant Grove Road has submitted a written statement as
to the current and expected future operation of.a home gardening project on
her property which is in the residential district of the Village.
14r. William Dillon has requested permission to build a four -foot high fence
in front of his house on ground which has been raised in elevation above
the natural grade. The opinion of the Board is requested on the interpreta-
tion of this zoning matter involving this construction. Details and plot
plan will be available at the Board meeting.
Since the last meeting one zoning permit was issued for construction of a
greenhouse addition for an estimated cost of $4,400. One road opening permit
was issued.
