HomeMy WebLinkAboutReport of the Engineer 3/18/1980VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS REPORT OF ENGINEER - March 18, 1980 PERSONNEL Mr. Tyrrell has recommended that Mr. David Owens, who has worked for the Village as a temporary employee, be hired as a full -time, permanent employee, effective April 1, 1980. The Engineer concurs with this recommendation. DRAINAGE A letter has been received from Mr. David Singley of 2225 N. Triphammer Road requesting that the Village correct a pipe that freezes and allows water to accumulate in the Singley's basement. LANSING SEWER LINES A letter has been received from Gowdy and Hunt, engineers for the Village of Lansing, concerning questions raised by the Board at their last regular meeting. This letter, along with plans for the sewer lines proposed for the Village of Lansing, will be available at the March Board meeting. REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER - March 18, 1980 During the past month one zoning permit was issued for alterations and additions for an estimated construction cost of $2000. One zoning permit was issued for the construction of a new house for an estimated cost of $95,000. A request has been recieved from Mr. Schmitt to erect a sign in front of his place of business at the Village Green.
