Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for November 1979 The Police Department handled 78 complaints and investigated 9 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There were 97 traffic tickets and 21 parking tickets issued. There were three felony complaints, two for attempted burglary and one for burglary. There were twenty -seven misdemeanor complaints, eight for issuing bad checks, six for petit larceny, four for criminal mischief, four for aggravated harassment, three for criminal trespass and two for cruelty to animals. Five persons were arrested for driving while intoxicated, five persons were arrested for being in Sunset Park after hours, two persons were arrested for possession of marijuana, and one person was arrested for disorderly conduct. One juvenile was apprehended in violation of the curfew. There was a total of 82,421.66 in property reported lost or stolen during the month and 8240.66 in property was recovered by the Police Department.
