SEWAGE TREATMEBT,PLANT.
Further investigation into the possibility of building a <lagoon for storage•of
wet sludge over the. winter for distribution in tbe.,apring on, fields;:him to`b'e! r :.`,''..;_'

Word haa,been received from the EPA that.a high Ph in our effluent. combined with
free ammonia causes some toxicity. For this reason the EPA has changed their

Ph.. For this reason our sewer plant.operator, Gleason, is going back to the use
.of chloride rather than lime in our tertiary treatment. Ferric chloride',has_;

Board•approval is requested for the appointment of Mr. Michael Coyle as a full
