Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for February 1979 The Police Department handled 53 complaints and investigated 7 motor vehicle accidents during the month. There was one felony complaint for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument. There were sixteen misdemeanor complaints, five for petit larceny, five for bad checks, two for criminal mischief, two for criminal trespass, and one for aggravated harassment. Four persons were arrested for Driving While Intoxicated during February. There was a total of $383.00 in property reported lost or stolen during the month, and $312.40 in property recovered by the Police Department. The full -time officers worked a total of 18 hours overtime and the part -time officers worked 123 hours during the month. Respectfully, 4V Harlin R. McEwen Chief of Police HRM:bp
