Our present sewer plant contractor, Mr. Gary Gleason, is prepared.to sign a' ?
contract with the Village under the same terms and same payment t'o.'htm by;.the;:,,.'
Village of $6,000 per month. The contract should end May;31,•1979!to col.ncide;
with the Village fiscal year. The contract could start January:l,'.1979 or .'.;'; _
start June I, 1978 to cover the entire period during which we have', been ;'opera-
ting without a contract. Also, the contract could be written with an automatic','`:'.:`;•',:'•
renewable clause unless either of the parties notifes the other,of•thelr: ;intent

matter is requested as well as the opinion of the Village Attorney,.,,-
