Committee to Study Employee Sick Leave Policy

It was agreed to suggest the Village Board adopt a new
sick leave policy as follows:
( Matter underlined is new)
Sick Leave
a. Absence for reasons of sickness shall be handled on an
individual basis.
b. Any Workmen's Compensation or disability payment received
by an employee while he is being paid by the Village shall
be returned to the Village.
