SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT We have received from Teetor- Dobbins the plans, specifications, working drawings, for the construction of the Plant for our files. These have been delivered to the Plant Office. I am happy to report that the grit chamber is finally enclosed. This and the extensive work that our operator has accomplished In landscaping has resul- ted In a very attractive appearance of the sewer plant area. REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER - August 1978 During the past month three zoning permits have been issued for additions for a total estimated construction cost of $116,000. Two road opening permits have been issued. On August 15th, the Zoning Board of Appeals met to hear an appeal from Francis Davis of 812 Hanshaw Road, to construct a garage closer to the west boundary than the required setback distance. The garage was to replace, in the exact same location and size, a previous garage structure that was determined to be unsafe and was de- rrolished within the past year. The variance was granted by the Board. • A proposed development plan has been received from Fred Thomas Associates, archi- tects for Donald Belcher. The proposed plans are for the property Mr. Belcher owns .vest of Route 13 in the northwest corner of the Village.
