VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights held at 4;00 p.m. on July 6, 1978.
PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Rane F. Randolph, Trustees David Allee, Ronald E. Anderson,
David Pimentel, Shailer Phlibrick, Stanley W. Warren; Attorney Roger B. Sovocool;
Engineer /Zoning Officer John B. Rogers; Police Chief Harlin R. McEwen.
ABSENT:. Mayor F.G. Marcham, Treasurer Gordon B. Wheeler.
OTHERS PRESENT: Harry Cornwall, James Buyoucos
Attorney Sovocool presented and discussed a proposed resolution regarding the
division and use of property including access thereto owned by Mr. and Mrs.
Cornwall at 803 Hanshaw Road into Lots A and B.
Considerable discussion followed, particularly about paragraph 9, page 5 regarding
temporary access from Lot 3 onto North Triphammer Raod during the period of
construction and limitations thereof. idr. Rogers, Zoning Officer, stated that
in all other respects the Zoning Ordinance had been complied with relating to the
construction of the proposed residence on Lot B by the Cornwalls.
Moved by Trustee Warren, seconded by Trustee Anderson:
• VOTED that the resolution attached hereto, together with the attached map and site
plan as dosc ribed therein be approved.

The Trustees discussed the proposed Rules and Regulations of Southern Cayuga
Lake Intermunlc ipal Plater Commission Governing the Use and Supply of Water
and commented thereon as requested by Trustee PhIl brick, a Village representative
to the S.C.L.I.W.C.
Mooting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
