I have discussed with Trustee Anderson, Chairmen of the Street Lighting
Committee and Village Attorney Sovocool the matter of a policy for the
Village concerning street lighting on new streets where underground wiring
is required. The Village Attorney will propose a resolution for Village
Board consideration in this matter.
I have also discussed the matter of the all -night parking ordinance and
the recent ruling of Village Justice Dean with Village Attorney Sovocool
and Justice Dean and we have agreed upon the wording for an amendment to
the ordinance. I would therefore recommend that a public hearing be
scheduled prior to the August 21, 1978 Village Board meeting and that the
Village Clerk be instructed to duly advertise the hearing.

the month and $354.62 in property recovered by the Police Dept.
