Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJFXJT: Report of the Police Chief for July 1977 The Police Department handled 84 complaints and investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents. There were 106 traffic tickets and 9 parking tickets issued during the month. There were five felony complaints during the month, four for biurglary and one for criminal possession of a forged instrument. There were ten misdemeanor complaints, three for bad checks, three for criminal trespass, two for criminal mischief, one for petit larceny and one for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Three persons were arrested for driving while intoxicated and one person was arrested for eziminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. There was a total of $1,165.19 in property reported lost or stolen during the month and $564.38 in property was recovered by the Police Department.
