The occupation of the property at 106 Overlook Road has exceeded that allowable
uncer 'rhd rosidontiai zoning. Although this house is in the multiple residence
district, the problem arises because if the occupancy establishes it as a multiple
dwelling it cannot meet the requirements of the multiple housing law. The pro-
perty has been inspected by Mr. Dymek and the Zoning Officer. We have received a
statement from the owner that in the future the occupancy shall be limited to the
residential requirements in the zoning law.
New York Telephone Company has requested permission to park a construction trailer
in back of their building on Pleasant Grove Road for a period of time between now
and December 1977, during the construction of some alterations Inside their central
office at Pleasant Grove Road.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on 6/16/77 to hear an appeal for a variance in
the front yard sot back distance by Mr. and Mrs. Mount on East Upland Road.
During the past month, four Zoning Permits were issued for alterations and addi-
tions for an estimated total construction cost of $41,800. Also, during this time,
two road opening permits were issued.
