S BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights held at 4 :00 p.m., November 16, 1976 at the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees David J. Allee, Ronald E. Anderson, Shailer
S. Philbrick, David Plmentel, Rane F. Randolph, and Jean R. Robinson; Engineer
John B. Rogers
OTHERS PRESENT: Dr. Ylllliam E. Dobbins and Tony Wylen of Teetor- Dobbins Consulting
Engineers; Dick Robertson of McGuire and Bennett.
The Board discussed at length with representatives of Teetor - Dobbins questions
concerning the design and installation of parts of the Village sewer system which
carry the sewage effluent from the plant Into Cayuga Lake. Trustees Phlibrick
and Randolph raised questions regarding these matters. Dr. Dobbins and Mr. Wyien
set forth the views of the engineering consultants with a view to explaining why
alterations have been necessary in the original design, what problems the altera-
tions have solved, and what the cost factor has been.
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
