Iiarcham, Mayor Iiembers of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for April 1976 The Police Department handled 70 complaints and investigated 5 motor vehicles accidents. There were 110 traffic tickets and 11 parking tickets issued during the month. There were no felony complaints, 12 misdemeanor complaints, 3 for petit larceny, 3 for criminal trespass, 2 for criminal mischief, 2 for criminal tampering, 1 for bad check and 1 for assault third degree. Two persons were arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and two juveniles were apprehended during the month. The juveniles admitted entering the Cayuga Heights Llementary School along with numerous other offenses committed in the City of Ithaca. They here both referred to Family Court in conjunction with the Ithaca Police Department. There was a total of $100 in property reported lost or stolen during the month and a total of 4186.50 in property recovered during the month by the Police Department.
