REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER - April 1976
One zoning permit was Issued for the construction of a new two - family house at an
estimated cost of $50,000, and five road opening permits were issued since the
last regular meeting of the Board. Tentative plans for the development of the
Lagrand Chase property consisting of 6.6 acres on Pleasant Grove Road Into 10
building lots has been received and will be available at the April meeting. A
statement from the Village Board, acting as the Planning Board, stating what addi-
tional information is requested is desired by Mr. Chase.
The prospective purchasers of the Scott property on the corner of N. Triphammer
and Flanshaw Roads have raised the question of traffic control and access to the
property as a proposed commercial development, Access from Hanshaw Road versus
the present access from N. Triphammer Road has been suggested. A request is made
at this time as to what additonal information the Board requests.
A request from Donald J. Belcher has been received to place a FOR SALE sign on his
property on the west side of Route 13 on Tyler Road. The details of his request
will be available at the Board meeting.
Repeated efforts have been made to contact Mrs. Hoidhelm at 706 Cayuga Heights
Road concerning her operation of a language school which may or may not be in
violation of the Village Zoning Ordinance. Efforts will continue until she is
areached.
