Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for February 1976 The Police Department handled 70 complaints and investigated 14 motor vehicle accidents. There were 74 traf•ric tickets and 27 parking tickets issued during the month. There was one felony complaint for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property First Degree and an arrest was made in connection with this case. There were 21 misdeameanor complaints, 6 for petit larceny, 6 for criminal trespass, 4 for criminal mischief, 2 for bad checks, 2 for public lewdness, and 1 for aggravated harassment. There was a total of $318.47 in property reported lost or stolen during the month, and a total of $3.954.00 in property recovered during the month by the police department. There were three curfew violations during the month and In each case the person was warned and no court action 'aken. Respectfully, Harlin R. McEwen Chief of Police
