S u[rivrw or a spacial mccting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights held at 4:30 P.M. November 6, 1975 in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees Ronald E. Anderson, Shailer S. Philbrick,
David Pimentel, Rane F. Randolph, Jean R. Robinson; Treasurer Gordon B. Wheeler;
Engineer John B. Rogers.
ABSENT: Trustee David J. Allee.
The Board and its.,officers discussed the budget of the Southern Cayuga Lake Inter -
municipal Water Commission as presented in preliminary form by Walter Schwan,
Treasurer of the Commission, together with other pertinent financial information.
They directed attention to the urgency of a timetable of action by the Board that
would allow for drawing up appropriate legislation by the Board, for determining
the formulas to be used in apportioning costs among Villagers, for holding a public
hearing, and for taking formal action to meet the obligations of the Village as
party to the original intermunicipal agreement. The deadline is January 1, 1976.
