MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held at the Village Hall on
October 29, 1975 at 4 :00 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees David J. Allee, Ronald E. Anderson, Pane F.
Randolph, Jean R. Robinson.
ABSENT: Trustees Shniler S. Philbrick and David Pimentel.
Motion made by Trustee Randolph, seconded by Trustee Allee:
RESOLUTION 2500 - EMPLOYER FOR WATER COMMISSION
VOTED RESOLVED, that the Village of Cayuga Heights, one of the municipalities
participating in the Southern Cayuga Heights Intermunicipal Mater project, hereby
designates the Town of Ithaca as the employer of those employees who are performing
work, labor, and services by and at the direction of the Southern Cayuga Lake
Intermunicipal Water Commission. Each person so employed by the Commission shall
be designated as an employee of the Town of Ithaca and a copy of such designation,
together with such other pertinent information as may be required from time to
time, shall be furnished by the Town of Ithaca to this municipality when so
requested. Unanimously passed.
