MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held May 7, 1975 at 4:00 p.m.
in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees Ronald E. Anderson, Dooley S. Kiefer, David
Pimentel, Rane F. Randolph; Treasurer Gordon B. Wheeler; Engineer John B. Rogers.
ABSENT: Trustees David J. Allee, Shailer Philbrick; Attorney Roger B. Sovocool.
Motion made by Trustee Randolph; seconded by Trustee Pimentel:
RESOLUTION 2440 - PETER MINOTTI - APPOINTED ZBA MEMBER
VOTED to approve the appointment by Mayor F. G. Marcham of Peter Minotti as a
Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals to complete the unexpired term of Ronald

e Motion made by Trustee Randolph; seconded by Trustee Anderson:
RESOLUTION 2441 - PROPOSED LEGISLATION - CSD #1
VOTED to request of the Tompkins County Board of Representatives that pro-
posed legislation concerning County Sewer District No. 1 be held in abeyance until
questions concerning the informal financial agreements, which have been made pre-
liminary to transfer of the Sewer Plant to the County, and other financial details
have been made a matter of contract between the consenting Municipalities and the
County:
AND further, to inform the Board that Village Representatives on the Com-
mission did not have formal notice of the meeting at which the legislation was
approved;
AND that it is the wish of the Village that the Commission be asked to
conform to formal rules of procedure, to circulate minutes of its meetings, and
to maintain a check list of procedures and documents necessary to effect an orderly
transfer of the sewer plant and facilities to the District.
Meeting adjourned at 5:15 P.M.
