VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS

MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Cayuga Heights held Monday, April 28, 1975 at 4:00 p.m. in the
Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees Ronald E. Anderson, Dooley S. Kiefer,
Pavid Pimentel; Engineer John B. Rogers.
ABSENT: Trustees David J. Allee, Shailer S. Philbrick, Rane F. Randolph
Motion made by Trustee Anderson; seconded by Trustee Kiefer:
VOTED to approve the Abstract of Audited Vouchers in the amounts of:
General Fund - $3,123.10; Sewer Pmd - $3,759.03; Capital Fund - $2,959.50,
which amounts are after the addition of a school tax of $468.29 plus the
penalty of $53.31 for the property known as 825 Hanshaw Road and purchased
October 2, 1974; and the subtraction of $900 from the Stewart and Bennett,
invoice of $3,859.50•
Meeting adjourned at 5 :00 P.M.
