Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights SUBJECT: Report of the Police Chief for March 1975 C<<� ,_,e DATE: April 7, 1975 The Police Department handled 56 complaints and investigated 6 motor vehicle acci- dents. There were 63 traffic tickets and 32 parking tickets issued during the month. There were no felony complaints and ten misdemeanor complaints during the month. Of the misdemeanor complaints, there were 4 criminal trespass, 3 aggravated harrass- ment; 2 petit larceny, and 1 criminal mischief. There was one male and one female arrested for issuing bad checks. The bids have been received for one new Chevrolet Nova police car and the amounts of the bids are included in the Village Clerk's report. I would like to recommend that the Village Board award the bid to the low bidder, Newport Chevrolet, in the amount of $4,178.49, so that the car may be ordered at once. Expected delivery would be about June 8, 1975. The officers worked 8 hours overtime during the month of March. Respectufllyy submitted, Harlin R.
