VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF THE MAYOR - February 1975
We have received formal notice that the Village equalization rate for
the present year is 64.
We have received a statement from the Village of Lansing informing us
that it wishes to be party to any determinations on local intermunicipal
affairs that may affect their interests and ours.
I have requested further information regarding Ceracche Television
Corporation's financial affairs and have received a promise from
Mr. Wiggins on their behalf.
Word from Albany says that most of the functions of the State Office
for Local Government have passed to a new Division of Community Affairs.
S We have no word that gives official definition of the structure and
purpose of this Division.
I have spoken to Mr. Wesley McDermott about the future of Sewer District
No. 4, and I have invited him to bring the Mayor of the Village of Lansing
with him tonight.
