As reported to me by Police Chief McEwen - The NYSE &G started the installation
of the new 'Mercury Vapor Carriage street lights on Hanshaw Road in the 100 block
near its intersecticn• with CiLyuga Heights Road...-
There is a vacancy in the office of Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Mayor Marcham received the following letter on February 5th.
"Dear Sir: On October, I wrote a check to the Village of Cayuga Heights for $100.
This was to serve as a damage deposit on the house at 825 Hanshaw Road, which
was to be rented to Mrs. Barbara Voinmaa. I feel that this money should be
returned to me for the following reasons:
1—There was no damage to the house as it was never occupied.
2. It was not an advance of rent.
3. The Village did not lose as it was rented immediately.
4. I am a permanent resident of the Village and pay taxes on Village
property.
