Better coverage for the monitor alerting system
is needed. The radio at Tompkins County Fire Control
does not have engugh out put. The Department needs
to spend bbtwten $100.00 to $150.00 for a remote unit.
It will cost $16.00 a month for the telephone line. The
Fire Council has recommended that we set up this system.
I would like the Board to authorize the purchase of the
equipment to set up a remote utut at Fire Central.
