Report of the Mayor
December 1974
New York State Law requires that at this meeting we announce the
offices which will become vacant at the end of the present Village
year, after which elections will be necessary.
RESOLUTION: That the following trusteeships fall vacant on March 31, 1975
and that elections to fill thgm for a- two -year term will be held dt the

Challenge Industries has approached me through Professor Kirkwood regarding
the possibility of a regular service in the Village by Challenge Industries
for picking up Class. lie spore of 2 half -day collections a week and said
that Villagers should put their glass in containera separate from their
garbage containers. A nunber of questions arise: Should the glass collec-
tion coincide with :ha garbege collection, the glass to be collected from
the inidividual house every other week; should there be separate collections,

Other than these issues, my principal activity has been with the last
details concerning the Bolton Point project, which has come into focus in
the resolutions before us.
