OVERTIME paid in October 1974 as follows:
Marshall 4 hours $21.96
Truax 4 hours 25.08
We need a resolution to authorize the Mayor to sign approval of Change
Orders 5 through 9 for the Sewer Plant expansion as follows: .
CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 - 8/21/74 - Stewart & Bennett, Inc.
Modifications to discharge piping for the sewage recirculation
pumps. Total Cost of change - $1,617.00.
CHANGE ORDER N0. 6 - 8/21/74 - Stewart & Bennett, Inc.
Provide an additional 70 linear feet of 6 -inch underdrain and
filter material along the east edge of existing pavement adjacent
the new grit chamber. Total Cost of change - $431.00.
CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 - 8/21/74 - Stewart & Bennett, Inc.
Construction of a reinforced concrete pier support of rock for
the influent pipe tee for the new grit chamber.
Total Cost of change - $524.00.
• CHANGE ORDER N0. 8 - 8/21/74 - Stewart & Bennett, Inc.
Revise 4 -inch diameter digested sludge line at the primary
digester, include an additional 4 -inch expansion joint.
Total Cost of change - $571.00.
CHANGE ORDER NO. 9 - 8/21/74 - Stewart & Bennett, Inc.
Install a plug in the new plant outfall line at the polyethylene
pipe and cast iron connection.
Total Cost of change - $502.00
Total Cost all five change orders equals $3,645.00
I discovered that Resolution 2344 of the last regular meeting concerning
a Public Hearing on a NO PARKING ZONE was incorrect. .I ask that you
rescind this resolution and make a new resolution which the Police Chief
will advise us on. After talking with Mayor Marcham and relating that I
had not published notice of a public hearing, he said we could hold the
public hearing next meeting.
I need approval to prewrite a check for $113.50 for ordering 1000
government printed 10¢ stamped envelopes for Village Justice.
