Having previously distributed the Report of Examination by
the Auditors of the State of New York for the period 6 -1 -71
through 5- 31 -739 I suggest a resolution that this report be
accepted and made a part of the record.
I have also circulated the Annual Audit Report of Mr. Bradford
and request that we accept this report by Resolution.
I suggest the Board confirm the appointments of Allee and
Wheeler as Village Commissioners for the ToaTkins County
Sewer District #1.
RESOLUTION # - COMMISSIONERS - TCSD #1
VOTED to confirm the appointments of David J. Allee and
Gordon B. Wheeler as the representatives of the Village as
Commissioners for the Tompkins County Sewer District No. 1.
The appointments to terminate (5/31/75) ??
The Village did not observe Columbus Day as a holiday as did
the other ivanicipalities, Village residents were confused and
most did not pat their refuse out for pickup. The telephone
calls have been tremendous both at the public works department
and the Village office. I called the City of Ithaca and their
holidays are:
New Years Day
Washington's Birthday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veteran's Day
Thanicsgi`ring Day
Christmas Day
