MIlMS of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Cayuga Heights held at 4:00 p.m. on August 30, 1974 in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees David J. Allee, Verne A. Fogg,
Claire C. Nulle, Rene F. Randolph, and Ronald E. Anderson, who will replace
Mrs. Nulle as Trustee on September 8, 1974.
AESENT: Trustees Dooley S. Kiefer; Sailer S. Philbrick
The Mayor reported that he and the Attorney had met with Mr. Fay Hewitt
concerning a purchase price for the Hewitt property on Hanshaw Road anti that
Mr. Hewitt stood firm on the price he originally mentioned, via. $33,900.
The Board had a discussion concerning this natter.
RESOLUTION 2317 - PURCHASE HEWITT PROPERTY
VOTED to instruct Mayor Marcham to write formally to Mr. Hewitt and to
offer him $33,200 for the property.at 825 Hanshaw Road, and to say that he
requests a reply within three days. Further, that a Village offer assumes the
• opportunity for immediate possession.
